Returns
Due to the nature of most items sold, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Whimsical Elements will not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to make it right.
In general we do not accept returns but please contact us and we can discuss the particular situation and what is possible!
